K.C Mills truly did her big one with this book! Watching Cress and Elias grow together and become better people for each other truly pulled at my heart strings.  Cress fought her attraction for as long as she could but deep down she knew she wanted to fold like laundry for that man lol They were drawn to each and I knew their feelings for one another would become very real quickly. Cress was extremely patient and understanding when it came to learning about Elias’ bipolar disorder and refused to leave his side during a very dark period. I also really loved how they prioritized each other’s happiness. Also big shoutout to the author for thoroughly researching and explaining Bipolar Disorder. Y’all just need to read this if you haven’t already and thank me later.

This week's drug is Lithium. The male main character had Bipolar Disorder and was prescribed Lithium to help manage it.
